Non-Direct Pay(Including Doctor Visit, Checkup, Medication, ER, Hospitalization, Surgery*)

  You need to pay for the medical expenses upfront. To be reimbursed for the expenses, you have to provide medical certificate and itemized bills within 60 days to us in order for us to assist you with your claim. In general, it takes 60 business days for the claims to be processed. Once approved, the insurance company will send you a check or wire transfer to your account.
*Note:You must notify the insurance company within 48 hours before any hospitalization or surgery. If admitted for emergency, you must also notify the insurance company within 48 hours. Otherwise, the insurance company will not cover all of your medical expenses.
